Icemaker is making ice but will not dispense. continues to accumulate then over time ice in the bottom of the dispenser will freeze

I can think of two possible problems. The ice has frozen together and will not allow the ice screw to push the ice out the dispenser. Or the motor for the ice screw is broken.
1. Shut off icemaker with lever at icemaker
2. Remove ice container (either throw away ice or save in another container).
3. Put back empty ice container.
4. Leave ice maker off for about an hour.
5. After an hour , check if motor is working by trying to dispense ice. You should not expect any ice but you should hear the motor /auger moving.
A) If you do not hear any thing , you need to get your motor replaced.
B) If you hear the motor , mostlikely you had an ice dam which prevented the ice dispense from working..You can turn you icemaker on.

I purchased the ice cream maker without a user guide. Is one available?

Are you looking for operating instructions or recipes? Recipes available everywhere ... really. Operating? Here is what you do: Get some ice cubes ... crush them with a hammer ... you will need a lot ... the finer crushed the smoother the ice cream. Put the mix in the metal container and put about 4 -6 inches of ice in the bucket with some water. Put about 1# of rock salt on the ice. More ice ... more salt ... more ice ... more salt ... more ice ... more salt until the bucket is full. Start the machine. Your ice cream should be ready in about 1/2 hour. When the machine stops cranking ... remove the mixer from the can. If you can stand it ... let the ice cream sit in the container for 1/2 hour ... the longer you wait the better the batch. But who can wait???

The ice cools the water, the salt reduces the temp of the water to cause the mix to freeze.

I hope this helps you ... this is how we make home made ice cream every summer ... what a special treat for the kids ... young and old alike.

Thanks for your question @ FixYa.com

Ice maker leaks water

Good work thus far. If the ice maker tray that holds the ice is leaking, you need to get a new ice maker. It would never work right if you tried to patch it, and would only cause further headaches. Sounds like you have a little experience which is good. Go down to a local retailer and purchase an ice maker and install it yourself instead of paying someone to do it ;) There is no foul in paying to get it done though. good luck!

We have a nice ice and it has worked fab for three years but has just stoped making ice yet is still operating normally

Good day,
Without the make and model, I could be missing something, but ice makers are more alike than different. The best way, is to follow a step by step procedure. It should solve your problem.

First step is to take a small paper cup of water and fill the cavity until it is near full. With the ice maker turned on, close freezer door and wait 3 hours to see if it harvests. If not, the ice maker is bad, and must be replaced. If the cubes harvest then.......
Three possibilities.
1. The water supply from the house is not delivering water to the water valve. Shut off the house at the meter, disconnect the line going to the water valve, and with the line pointed into a bucket, have someone turn the valve back on for a 15 second count. The water should come out smartly. If not, the line and it's fittings will have to be replaced.
2. The fill tube from the back of the machine that feeds water into the back of the ice maker is frozen up. You will have to remove the ice maker to visually inspect that tube. If blocked, it needs to be defrosted, but use caution. Too much heat too fast will start to melt plastic and vinyl parts you don't want melted.
If this is the case, then once cleaned out, you will have to change the water valve located in the back bottom rear of the machine because it is leaking during the off cycle.
3. If everything checks O.K. up to this point, you will have to purchase and install a new water valve, and install it.
P.S. Under very rare occasions the electric circuity in the ice maker will fail to send a signal to the water valve. Although rare, it can happen, in which case the best option is to replace the ice maker and water valve.

Tube dispensing water into ice maker seems out of place

defroose the ice to the plastic white tube and the hole then pull out the tube, then the first end of the tube cut the end like an angle like to make it sharp but only one side then put it back, make sure the tube shoot to hole inside or more better if u remove all the 5 screws and check if in the right way then put all the screws back, ok what out with the small tube if connected properly or loose ok

Ice maker doesn't work after removing all the ice.

what do you mean by "giggled the ice container in the door?"
If I get it well, remove the ice container and look for any switch in its holder( where the container touches the refrigerator body). If you find one check if it's not broken, then try pressing/pushing it. If it seems to work normally, put the container back and try to push it towards that switch to make sure it presses it.

I hope I helped

I have a Whirlpool Model EC3JHAXRL00. The ice

Is the ice maker wire shutoff arm or switch (depending on
models) in the OFF position?
Is the water line shutoff valve to the refrigerator turned on?
Has the ice maker just been installed? Is the freezer
temperature cold enough to produce ice? Wait 24 hours
after ice maker hookup for ice production to begin. Allow
3 days after ice production begins to completely fill ice
container.
Does the ice maker mold have water in it or has no ice
been produced? Make sure your refrigerator has been
connected to a water supply and the supply shutoff valve is
turned on.
Has a large amount of ice just been removed? Allow
24 hours for ice maker to produce more ice.
Is there a water filter installed on the refrigerator? The filter
may be clogged or installed incorrectly.
Is an ice cube jammed in the ice maker ejector arm?
For models with an interior ice bin, remove the ice from the
ejector arm with a plastic utensil.
Is a reverse osmosis water filtration system connected to
your cold water supply? Make sue your connections are secure.

Icemaker

Check the power conection to the ice maker. If that's ok, then I would think the solenoid that controls the water flow has gone bad. Unfortunately, you will likely have to replace the whole ice maker, I don't think they are reparable.
