Question about Cameras
If the device comes with a USB cable just plug it on your computer. most multimedia devices nowadays are plug and play so the computer recognize it once you plug it to one of the USB ports. You'll find a new storage drive on My Computer, open the drive and browse for a folder that has something to do with Video.
