Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
If you have recently installed Windows XP then you will need to enter the product key. You can do this by going to Start, right clicking on My Computer, and going to properties. You should be able to enter your product key found on your installation cd that came with your computer or on your computer itself perhaps.
If you have not recently installed Windows XP (within the past 30 days) then you most likely have a virus. Some good free antivirus software are AVG Free edition, avast!, or Avira.
Do a full system scan, and clean. After that you most likely will have to enter the Windows XP product key again as stated above.
