Electrolux EWT806 - PU Error Code

Pu is short for pump. You say you checked the motor and filter, but is the motor actually running when it should? If it is, you can hear it. If not, there may be a problem where the pump is not receiving power. Armchair troubleshooting isn't the same as actually being there. Keep hunting and you will find the cause.

LD error

LD is long drain time. Be sure there is no blockage in the drain line and clear the filter if there is one. What is the model number of the unit?

Model wtw6500ww1, error code LD, power off power on selected cycle but wont start just blinks and locks all buttons. let it sit and then error code comes back. washer is empty but wont reset to start...

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Suspect that stands for LiD. There is likely to be a problem with either the lid solenoid/lock or the 'lid closed' sensor requiring a service engineer's attention I suggest. Sorry ;-0(

If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Fault code EF electrolux EWT806 what is the problem

So we just fixed our EWT806 after it suffering the dreaded EF fault... The problem... Too higher mains voltage coming into the house! Albiet within specification from the supplier, the Electrolux EWT806 doesn't like anything around 250 volts! Obviously a poor design on the control board which is unable to accept a wide supply voltage!

Solution, isolation transformer inline with the machine. Now it runs like a dream!

My whirlpool cabrio is beeping and displaying ld, what does that mean

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

I do not have a complete list of Whirlpool error codes but 'ld' probably stands for Lid (Error) .There is likely to be a problem with either the lid/door solenoid/lock or the 'lid/door closed' sensor requiring a service engineer's attention I suggest ;-0(
Alternatively it could stand for LoaD error- but you are likely to have refered to problems of unbalanced loads in your posting I suspect!

If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Water is draining but doesn't drain the lower basin. shows ob, sl, or ld on readout. Have to unhook drain hose - let it drain then it will usually start working properly.. when the basin is full and it...

Hi There
I'm giving you the coeds that you need. So i hope this helps you and let me know how it goes.
Ld Long Drain Ld flashes if it takes longer than 5 minutes to pump out water to a point where the operating pressure switch resets.

Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.
ob Off Balance If the motor controller detects an unrecoverable off-balance condition, the machine controller will shut down and display an ob for Off Balance

The lid switch must be opened at least once before restarting the cycle, if this condition occurs. Opening the lid will allow the customer to view and redistribute the load.

Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display. S Lid Switch Error The control should flash this error code if it cannot detect the lid switch opening and closing properly. This error code may also be used if there is a disagreement between the motor and machine controllers on the stat if the lid switch. The control should not allow the unit to run in this condition.

This code will also appear if the user presses the START key while the lid is open.

Open the lid or press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.Thank you for writing to fix ya.
Best Regards Richard
