Question about Washing Machines
Possible solution - Check under the lid on the right-hand side about halfway. There should be a white plastic looking block slotted onto a couple of clips. This is the magnet that triggers the lid closed sensor. If it is out of place you will get this issue. Just fixed mine with exact same problem. Make sure it is slotted correctly into the grooves, Should sit flush. Good luck !
