hi you can use codes to remove your sim lock .to get the codes visit here theunlockarena
here they ask the following details before rendering the codes they are
1.mobile model
2.country from where you brought the mobile
3.provider to which the mobile is locked
4.imei number
finally they will send you the unlock codes.once you entered the codes
in your mobile as for the instructions provided by them then your mobile get unlocked and accepts other network sim.

I recommend the site Unlock-Zone.com which is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.
