Question about Samsung CLP-350N Laser Printer
With a torch look inside the printer for the metal contacts that touch the "chip" on the cartridge, it is possible that in removing the cartridge the pins may have bent and are not reading the cartridge correctly. Remove all the cartridges and use the pins on the working ones as a reference to see if the magenta matches.
