Question about Epson Office Equipment & Supplies
This is caused by a mechanical defect - the roller that pulls the paper from the tray does it incorrectly - the pickup wheel and/or the rollers are slightly misaligned or the feeder tray is not seated properly so so one of the pickup wheels grabs the sheet of paper a fraction of a moment sooner than the other.
You will have to fix that by either :
- twisting the feeder tray in the opposite direction of the printing skew (if the print goes to the left the right portion of the tray will have to be pushed slightly to the back) - or make sure the tray sits correctly;
- the printer will have to be opened and the pickup mechanism realigned - a job that only a well experienced repairman can do, you will have to take the printer to a dealer's repair shop.
