Replace power supply

It should work provided the components do not draw more than 400W.
If the wattage is exceeded these switch mode power supplies usually automatically shut down.
I recommend you install a switch mode power supply over the 420W rating.

Here is how you get your laser into adjustment modeY axis; Power and scan key at same time, unit then will tip from Y1 to Y2, then recenter. use up and down arrows to bring laser into adjustment. Let unit stabilize for 30 seconds, press scan key, you will get a continuos beep, now at same time press down arrow key. This will store your new calibration. To get X axis into adjustment mode power on and up arrow at same time, and for Z axis type laser onto Z axis and use adjustment procedure for Y axis. Saving your calibrations is the same as in Y axis. Hope this helps you

I just recently purchased Axis & Allies from Amazon. I installed the game and tried to play it. I get through the first step of the game but as soon as I get to the combat stage it has a fatal error...

Usually when a game cuts off like this the computer or pc's 3d graphics accelerator can't handle the program it's trying to run and will shut it down. Check your operating system info and compare it to the requirements of the software. If it is compatible you should contact their tech support which is usually in the read me file associated with the program for further help

Parallelogram WXYZ with vertices W(-2,2) X(2,3) Y(2,0) and Z(-2,-1)is translated by(-3,-2) what are the coordinates of X ?

Whenever talking about coordinates, the first number is the x-axis (left to right --> move right for a positive number, left for a negative number).  The second number is the y-axis (up & down: --> up for positive numbers, down for negative numbers).  All coordinates start from zero, so for your parallelogram:
W is 2 left then 2 up
X is 2 right then 3 up
Y is 2 right then stop
Z is 2 left then 1 down

Translating your parallelogram, just means (in this case) to move the whole thing 3 to the left and 2 down.

X starts at (2,3), so moving it 3 to the left will leave it at (-1, 3).  Then we move it 2 down, so it's final position is at (-1, 1)

Answer: The new coordinates of X are (-1,1)

Why is it true that at x-intercept, the value of y is0, and at y-intercept the value of x is 0?

The x intercept is where the value of y when graphed lands directly on the x axis. The value of y anywhere on the x axis is zero. The same is true for the y intercept producing an x value of zero. The point at which the graphed line intersects the y axis gives an x value of zero. The value of x anywhere on the y axis is zero.
