Question about Uniden 2.4Ghz Cordless Phone w/ Caller ID & Digital Answering
First of all, make sure the battery holds a charge- measure it with a voltmeter. If it's low, let it charge overnite, after you do the following. You can try to take it apart and clean it with alcohol and a small brush to get any water deposits out, but the chances are some electrical damage was done. Also clean the battery terminals, and after you clean it with alcohol, dry it thoroughly with a blowdryer set to a cool or just warm setting.
If this doesn't help, try to get a replacement from Uniden. Here is their support site: http://www.uniden.com/index/home.cfm
Good luck, and hope this helps.
