Are you mechanically inclined? You may have several problems. 1st, heating element is most likely burnt out. Then I would check ball and socket assembly that back of drum fits into. Also check felt in front of machine that drum rides on. May need competent service person on this.

My Kenmore dryer runs for for ten minutes then shuts off. It also pops the circuit breaker. The drawer runs fine and then just turns off. Heats up. Lint is all clear, but don't know why it shuts off?

Does not get hot

Many 230 volt electric Dryers will run and time out fine with only 110 volts at the receptacle. Many people will call a service man just to find out that they had a tripped breaker in their electrical box. If you know you have proper voltage at the receptacle chances are that your heating element is bad.

Dryer is running fine just not getting hot

It sounds like the thermal fuse or heating element are defective. Both components are easily checked with an ohm meter or multimeter. The fuse is usually inside the back of the dryer by the exhaust duct. Both components should have continuity, if not they need to be replaced. Sure hope this helped.
