My software version 4.3a does not operate on my widows 7

Go to the install folder (Usually C:/Program Files/"Software_Name"),right-click the executable file for the software and go to the option "Properties". After doing so, go to the tab that reads "Compatibility". In the first area there's a text that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" enable that option and then choose either "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" or "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)" from the drop down menu. Then, in the lower area, click the option that reads "Run this program as an administrator", click the "Apply" button and then the "Accept" button. This should fix the problem.
