How to clean up errors on my computer

There is some "scareware" that tries to download itself when you visit certain web-pages. Such software tries to "scare" you, by reporting NON-EXISTENT "errors" on your system, and encourages you to PAY MONEY to purchase their software to "fix" the errors.

So, what you probably have is a computer-virus as the ONLY "error" on your computer. Run a virus-scan, or take your computer to a qualified technician, for them to "delete" the virus.

L have the cd but it will not download on my comptuer

If you have any other camera software, make sure you un-install it.

Place the disk in the Cd-rom. Open "my computer" and double click on the cd-rom drive that contains the disk. Double click on setup.exe.

This software takes approximately 15 minutes to install. Once installed, reboot the computer.

If you are still having problems; disable firewall and anti-virus before you install. After installation, enable the firewall and anti-virus and answer yes to any incoming/outgoing signals that your firewall tries to block.

Double click on virus/spyware exe and it will not

Download Google chrome browser and use that as test to see if your link would work. It could be that the website does not work well in ie browser version you have. If your link works in Chrome that proves that the website was not optimised properly for ie
