SOLUTION 1: Logon using Safe Mode.(Logon as Administrator) Start> Right-click Computer> Manage > Local users & groups User> Right-click on the " password protected " user > Set password.
I've you can't logon as Administrator.... There are some programs, to reset your password. TRY THIS SITE
