the best you can do is to contact Moulinex. Moulinex knows exactly where you can get the filter part that you are trying to get.
Therefore visit the below link, select your County and you will be given contact details about their dealer. You can then request or ask them where precisely you can get the filter.
I think this will definitely direct you to the right part.

SOURCE: Moulinex manual
I have the manual for the M753. I've scanned the pages, but they are too large to post here. If you still need the manual, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can try to email the pages to you.

SOURCE: I have a moulinex juicer
I had the same problem and when I researched, I discovered that this particular model (864) had been recalled. I spoke with the company- who you may contact at 800-526-5377- and they sent me a shipping label to return the unit. They will either replace or repair. Hope this helps.

I am assuming your juicer is the same as mine. The JC-6 White with "Vitamin Bar" and a carrot on the front.
There is most likely a tool that you insert in the back slot, but since I don't know of one, I had to get creative.
First unplug the juicer and undo the side locks, remove the clear cap. Look in the back, there is a 2-inch wide slot where you can see the motor and locking mechanism.
Take a butter knife and hold the mechanism in place. Use your other hand or have a partner spin the mesh/bladed bowl counter-clockwise.
With just some effort and a small "pop" noise, the piece should be free.
I searched forever for a solution, I hope someone with a similar plight finds this helpful.
