Sorry, no. The only thing you can change is the color balance on your tv. Unless you can locate a "menu" button on the external of the tv this will be the only way to adjust picture size is within the menu.

Thank you!

How much to big? have you tried pressing the "Aspect" button on the remote to change the picture size? Futher adjust ments can be made by pressing the "Picture Pos./Size" button.

This information can be found on pages 22-24 of the Owners Manual. If you do not have you user manual here is a link to it:

Trying to change tv format on my dynex 32 LCD

You are looking for a picture size, format or screen size button on the remote control to solve the issue. If it connected to a HD cable or satellite box then they also have format or picture size settings.

Picture too big

Normallly, if the picture size button on the remote for the television1.gif ( If it has a picture size or format button) does not achieve the desired affect, then, a cable box or a satelite box is where the change4.gif needs to be made.
For example:
A Motorola Cable box needs to be set up to go to a wide screen or zoom when an analog signal is detected.
Some Dish Network boxes have Size buttons on their remotes and also in their main menu.
It's difficult to determine the repair without knowing the types of the peripherals.
Hope this helps.

PICTURE SIZE

Menu- Setup- V. Position + (from either the front panel or remote) until more of the lower picture is visible. If the picture size is entirely too big, you'll need to change your aspect style. This model will only allow you to change the aspect style if it is not in 1080i mode. However, most newer HD converter boxes allow this feature. I would check the converter manual.
