Welcome to Fixya. Can you please try to do a power drain by removing the battery for 3-5 minutes and after that connect the AC adapter and try to turn it on without the battery see if you will still have the same issue. This case was nothing to do with the RAM, HD and ODD. Were trying to find out if this is an issue with the motherboard. Please let me know what happen.
