If this is a well pump check the circuit breaker in the main electrical panel. The pressure switch for the well may have burned out or tripped the breaker. Check the pressure Gauge at well to see if there is at least 20psi and holding. If you have a whole house filter, pull the filter out (it may be plugged) and by-pass softener, run water at nearest faucet, to see if there is problem with that.
If it is a Sump Pump that burned out go buy another one NOW!

I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee I was driving it and quit running the fuel pump quit running and the gas gage stopped working

check your fuel pump relay. if not that, then it's your fuel pump. the gas gauge is in the fuel pump, so if your fuel pump stopped working, your gas gauge won't work

Kitchen Aid Imperial 21 has loud motor noise duing wash cycle

loud motor noises during the wash cycle usually come from a water pump. Either the water pump will stop working soon, or it will keep working for a while longer, and the unit will stop cleaning. Sometimes the pump will stop making the noise for a while before it stops.

Fuel pump stops working,Then runs again later

You don't say how old the truck is - or how old the pump is - most likely it is the pump 'dying' as you try it -

I would look near the tank and find the ground wire -[ it may be on top of the tank] - the most common fix is the fuel pump and sadly it sounds like this is it --

Also - Take down the Vin # and call the local dealer - - ask about recalls and Service bulletins.

Will not pump when it has a filter in it

filters are too good for pump system.

These pool pumps seam to over heat fast, no quick fix.

* Try getting more air flow around pump.
* Only use pump when using pool or near by.
* Use a pool cover - will help stop dirt/rubbish getting into pool - less to filter.
