SOURCE: "no signal" message when laptop is plugged into projector

There is a key on the keyboard that has blue text on it. Something to the effect of LCD or CRT. With the monitor connected and turned on, press and hold the FCN KEY as well as the LCD/CRT key. While holding the FCN key keep hitting the CRT key until the image transfers to the external monitor

Absolutely, they are designed to do so. You will need a svideo cable for video if your laptop doesn't have a parallel port for external monitor. Most projectors have svideo and parallel ports to use them as monitors. If using the external monitor option you select the alt/enter buttons to display on projector.

SOURCE: SHARP XV-Z91E Projector Replaced lamp but

hold down menu, enter, and down arrow, then press power. this is the only way to reset the lamp timer. if it won't turn on and there are no leds lit, you may have to reset the bimetal breaker. to do so, remove the 6 bottom screws and the top 2 screws on the back panel, and remove the top case. on the front side of the lamp housing, you will see a red button. press it. if it clicks, it is reset. if it doesn't, it wasn't tripped, and you have a power supply issue.

Can you help me to download driver for sharp XV-C10A projector. i lost the old one

There shouldn't be a driver for that device. It should just be plug and play. Try plugging it in to the computer and see if it works, if not I'd recommend bringing it for repair.

Do you need software on pc to use the projector

Generally speaking, you shouldn't need any special software to use a projector connected to your computer. Usually you only need to set up the projector as a separate monitor under the Windows display properties. This is often done simply by pressing the Function key + one of the numbered keys F1-F12 on most laptops.
