I just got an old microwave and don't now how to use it. Please is there a way to find a user manual? National Dimension3 Microwave/Convection oven

Try the Panasonic website below. National became Panasonic a number of years ago. I just went there and did a search for demension 3 under microwaves and it definitely has a few results for instruction manuals. You will need your model number (most likely on the back of the oven)

Good luck :)

How do you change a light bulb in a panasonic microwave oven

Usually you need to remove the outer case from the microwave to change the light.
If you are confident with basic tools, a DIY person, if not get an electrical person to fix it.
Make sure it is unplugged and leave off for 30 minutes or so. Unscrew screws at the back to loosen the outer case. Slide the case off Change light and re-assemble. Make sure the case is properly fitting it usually has lugs that fit into the front piece.

Microwave shows clock but blows fuse

Microwave ovens have a transformer inside them that puts out thousands of volts in order to create the "microwave" that cooks the food, but the clock and controls are on the circuit before that transformer.
Most of the times the transformer is bad and depending on how much you paid for it, not worth the repair bill unfortunately. But thats why you see the clock, even though the fuse blows. I am assuming you mean the Microwaves INTERNAL fuse, if not then it is a model with a battery backup to not loose data like your alarm clocks do sometimes, therefore you would show the clock but not be able to start the Microwave.
If it is the fuse or breaker in your panel that blows, then either the breaker is weak, or the transformer it shot. If it is 120volts, try plugging it into another outlet by either moving it or use an extension cord from another outlet you know work..if it starts, then you either have a bad breaker or some other electrical issue with the receptacle and should get a LICENSED electrician out, I say that because I am a Master Licensed Electrician and just because they say they are an electrician means nothing unless you see their license, plus ins. usually wont pay if there were a problem if an unlicensed person were used.
I hope I helped, if so please give me a thumbs up!

Microwave oven works while door is open

no there are three safety switches that control that the one that lets the magnetron run will blow the fuse if its bad you have a stuck door switch but there are recalls on some microwaves check here http://www.recalls.gov/ and here http://www.sears.com/shc/s/nb_10153_12605_NB_CSrecalls?adCell=AF or go to panasonic to find out other than that you need to replace a door switch let me know if i can be of further assistance
