Question about Cell Phones
This doesn't completely block the unwanted number but there is a setting under call settings called the reject list. Go to "Settings" > "Call Settings" > "All Calls" > "Auto Reject". This allows you to input the number you want to ignore. I believe the service provider is the only place that can actually block a number entirely.
