Which positins do my actuaters need to be for heating pool

The valve actuator switches are set, to match proper flow of water thru the proper designated systems plumbing, per the selected system the automation system controls.
I am making a presumption that you have pool/spa combo, and you have an automated controlling system? With that system... Are automated valves controlled by valve actuators.
Your question was not specific enough, therefore I have to guess as to what you are asking.
When you choose 'Pool' ON - and Heat on, if there is a demand for additional heat, the heater will come on. If it was on SPA mode when you chose the above, the valves will automatically start turning, so that water will be sucked from the pool and then returned to the pool. SPA will sit stagnant during this time.
Now here is where I am guessing...
If the water is sucking from spa but returning to pool, the system is 1/2 correct (valves are 1/2 correct) and you need to manually have the 'Suction Side' valve turn 180 degrees. The automation will not be affected... To do this, locate the Manual 3 position switch on the valve actuator. Then flip it to exactly opposite position. The switch is labeled 1, Off, and 2.
Hopefully it was not in off position... Not a problem, just a little more explanation required to set it correctly. So if it was 2, flip to 1, and vice versa. IF it was on Off then the valve was not moving when automation gave command to begin Pool usage and Heat ON. Flip the switch until you get the flow of water Sucking from pool.
Note*** The valve handle has a 'Flag' opposite the handle as part of the handle, it's semi triangular , and when that flag is over the pipe, that pipes PORT is Closed! So if you know what the two pipes going into your three way valve, then into the pump are because they are labeled, then it is easier... Flip the switch until the flag part of the handle is over the pipe marked Spa.
The same explanation goes for the return side valve, if water is returning to the spa, and automation is set for 'Pool' operation, you will know this either because spa is spilling over into pool, or the flag portion of the valve is over the pipe marked Pool. That flag portion needs to be over the pipe for Spa Return.
Notice the little switch on the right side of pic attached... Near the word Torque. And the triangular part of the handle as well.
Good luck.5_4_2015_3_32_47_am.jpg

My pool waste water outlet is blocked and when I backwash or rinse the water does not drain but overflows

A lot of times the drain line is terminating ??? who knows where?
So you won't be able to confirm water flow at end of pipe/line.
Is it clay tile pipe or soft perforated pipe?
These at times get crushed?
Either by being buried too shallow & the weight of vehicles, etc will damage/crush them.
Or tile pipe will get roots growing in them and again, water will not travel thru them.
Get a roto rooter type of service to check it out, they now have these days a snake with a camera attachment, and will be able to tell you what the problem is and provide an estimate for repair.
In the meantime, cut the waste line pipe at the multiport valve, add a secondary ball valve on the line, then just install a combo barbed fitting, like the one pictured below - so you can attach a collapsible drain hose (which comes in a roll of 25' 50' or 100'), either 1.5" or 2" , like the picture.
The combo barbed fitting will accommodate either size.

Super pump 11 keeps blowing the threaded adaptor off the discharge. I replaced the 11/2 inch pvc adapter twice. Both times the adaptor blew off. Any ideas.

Something is causing the pump to "dead head" which means it is trying to pump water through a closed pipe. Check any valves, the filter, heater etc.. downstream from the pump. Your water flow is being severely restricted. Hope that helps.

Need a diagram of where the high and low pressure valves are so that I can add some R12 freon to the system. Thanks for any help that you may provide. This is on a Ford F250 Extended Cab with a 5.8L...

the fittings are on the a/c lines, should only fit one, usually the smaller fitting, could check with advance auto and get a kit to change it over to r134,up to you.

Need instruction and advice on how to hard plumb my above ground pool.

You have to find out what are your suction ports (for example skimmer would be one you probably don't have a main drain)once you have all suction ports located pipe separately back to pump and create a manifold so that you can isolate each suction port with a valve on each line then tie all back into a single line then into suction side of pump then pipe return side of pump back to the return ports of pool installing a valve as you come out of pump you don't have to separate these lines.

When turning pump on sand shoots into pool app. two seconds.replaced diverter and lateral coponents. still does the same thing. twm 19 inch p/n 520-1910

If you don't have a manual you can download one here:
Are you sure you didn't damage laterals when adding sand. Best to have 1/4 water in filter as you add sand. Be sure o ring is in place in multiport valve that fits on downtube.Be sure down pipe is not too low to enter multiport valve. The pipe should fit snugly into the multiport valve o ring. Be sure you have correct sand (pool filter sand only) IF all this is ok, try backwashing till glass is clear. Run on rinse position for a few min. THen go back to filter and see if it still pumps in sand.

How do I lower the water level in my pool? Show a diagram, so I can see what values I need to turn and adjust. My pool has a float mechanism and a drain fuction at the main control panel but I am not sure...

Their is no valve to turn the float valve need's to be lowered. If the level has been good and has just started to run high you may need to replace the float valve. At your house you will find a pipe coming off one of your hose bib's and running into the ground. This will be the pipe that has a valve to shut the leavler off.
