Question about Computers & Internet
No, you have to download them directly into the phone.
This means you will need to connect your phone to your computer with the usb cable, and then in the phone menu select settings, then select restore factory settings.
Every nokia phone I have ever seen has this selection.
Just make sure your phone is connected to the computer, and that the computer is connected to the internet.
I hope this helps you out, and have a good day.

Since SD card is the external you can't carry the Factory settings in it,rather you can store your personal stuffs like photos, ringtones etc

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
