Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sounds like you are running Vista on your laptop. Here is a link that explains the error and how to resolve it:

If you feel that you can't do this procedure then the only other option is to reload Vista and lose all data.

Hi

it may be worth trying this

power up and press the Alt+F10 as soon as possible and this may take you into the factory restore option
where you should have about 2 different options of recovery
just follow the on screen instructions

i hope you can get it sorted

0x0000c1f5 blue screen

If you can get your hands on a Windows 7 (beta, RC, or RTM) it will fix the issue automatically.
Read the following sites:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970101
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/dd353205.aspx
You’ll need to burn the Windows 7 Trial ISO file to disk.
