You cant open a file if your software is not compatible with that kind of format.. Although they are all picture/image file but, some image loader cant open some file due to unsupported file format like .gif .dib .bmp etc.. The most common image file format is .jpg or .jpeg and. png..

How many times I click my windows media player, it didn't appear. I don't knnow why..!

Have you installed any third party players? Did you try to make any changes to the computer prior to this issue? Are you getting any error messages or error codes? You may try the following steps to rebuild the Windows Media Player Library database and check if it works. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, click Run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK. 2. Select all the files in the folder, and then click Delete on the File menu.
Note You do not have to delete the folders that are in this folder. 3. Restart Windows Media Player. If this does not resolve the problem, clear the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Exit Windows Media Player. 2. If you are running Windows Vista, click Start, click Run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft, and then click OK. 3. Select the Media Player folder, and then click Delete on the File menu. 4. Restart Windows Media Player. For more information, you may refer the following article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925718 You may try to install quicktime and then media player might use the codec to play .mov files. Note: Using Third Party Software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Third Party Software can be solved. Using Third Party Software is at your own risk. Hi, I have been loading pics onto my new Digital Photo Frame. I've loaded the pics just fine, however, the pics will slide by just fine, then the next slide says "No Support", then I have pics,...

Hi bon_kahlua_r,

It means that your Digital Photo Frame might not have support for the file formats of some pictures that you saved. Most Digital Photo Frame supports *.jpg formats. Please check the manual of your Digital Photo Frame as well as the files that your saved. Right-click on the pictures that are not supported then Click Properties. You should be able to see the file format of the picture then compare it to the Frame's manual if it's supported.

Thanks

I downloaded my pictures and it says unsupported media format

Hello

It means that this specific player does not support the file format in which the photos is copied to the player.

Thus, have a look at the manual, see what photo formats is supported by the the player and just convert the pics to the correct format and copy to the player.

Kind regards
