The easiest way would be to go on the official site of Lg , for example http://uk.lge.com/support/download_soft.jsp , select your model and the OS and download the program , as i remember it is called LG SmartCam . You will be able to find it in the list of drivers . Good luck .

Plug in your webcam
Type "DEVICE MANAGER" in your WINDOWS search area
Does your webcam appear?(look under 'IMAGING DEVICES")
Right click on it and select PROPERTIES; see if you need drivers updated.
