Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

HTC Aria will not download or send multimedia messages

Be sure GRPS is activate to be able to send multi media messages or using other features,to make this possible, call your network service provider operator and request for the activation of your GRPS,they will ask for your phone IMEI and they will send your the configuration settings then you must save it as well as use the network as the default, then try to send mms again.

GRPS NOT SUBSCRIBED CAN NOT GO INTO THE INTERNET

You need to subscribe to GPRS with your Service Provider: unlike normal GSM voice services, the charge is based on DATA volume and normally you need to 'agree' to Pay extra for your DATA usage either on a fix quota or on a MB basis as GPRS service is relatively quite expensive.
In any case, call your service provider help desk or consult their website for advise on how to enable the service... if you are a good customer, you can always ask for a 'free' trial for DATA.
Hope it helps: let me know how you go.

Hi

You can not play mp3's on this phone ---- Audio Playback: The Motorola C261 does not come with an MP3 player. This phone comes with built in polyphonic ringtones, which means you can download simple MIDI files from the Internet and upload them through your phone, or simply download them via GRPS (if GRPS is built in). We do not recommend purchasing polyphonic ringtones from pay-per-use services such as television commercials, because the C261 is capable of receiving them as MIDI files which are common on the Internet.
