Open up the unit and check the biggest capacitor on the psu board. see if there is any movement in it. it should only have a little movement left and right if you have up and down movement its probably come away from the board.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My CDJ 1000 mk2 pitch control doesn't work and it doesn't regeister on the display, can you help??

The pitch faders do fail but usually they just become erratic rather than give up completely.
I think the most likley problem is a crack on the pitch circuit board or problems caused but liquid spilt into the pitch fader.
