Probably a burnt connection. That could be at the elements, the control board, or if it is an older oven, the thermostat. Or the selector switch if yours has one.

While cleaning oven I lifted bottom element heard a pop. Now neither the stove or oven will not come on. The indicator lights do not light up either.

The "pop" was the sound of the heating element shorting to ground so naturally nothing works now.

I was baking and there was a loud bang after which I could smell smoke but could see nothing wrong. Next night the oven would not heat to the right temp. Now it won't heat at all.

You have a short in the wiring or the heating element. You need to unplug the oven and also check your circuit breaker box and see if the oven threw the circuit.

The fan still circulate on fan bake but no heat

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR HEATING ELEMENT HAS BURNT OUT ,FIRST TURN OFF THE POWER THEN LOCATE THE SCREWS HOLDING THE BACK PANEL ON REMOVE ALL THEM AND THE PANEL YOU THEN SHOULD SEE THE ELEMENTS REMOVE THEM BY PULLING OUT THE PULG HOLDING THE ELEMENT IN THEN TAKE IT TO A ELECTRICAL SUPPLY STORE FOR REPLACEMENT REFIT ELEMENT AND YOUR OVEN SHOULD WORK FINE.

Teka h e 500 oven wont heat up....

If the fan is working o/k then the oven element is probably faulty, this should be at the rear of the oven behind a removeabkle cover.
Make sure you have the control set to grill , for grilling

We had the same thing happen and now they came and said it was the clock that needs to be replaced. They said that controls the oven. Even though clock is on and working the function for turning on the oven is not

Elements in convection oven won't heat

DO you have a model number for that. I'm almost sure it's a thermal fuse in the back of the oven. Usually they go out during or after cleaning but that would shut down both elements. If you have the model (usually by the inside door look all over and up in the cavity) Then if you go to this link

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?intcmp=xsite_Sears

It will show you a breakdown of the oven and where it is. If you give me the model I'll show you what I'm talking about. Good luck.

P.S. if it the fuse it's a cheap fix, little hard to get in back of the oven but cheap!
