What you want to do is to try turning off your computer and unplugging the main power cable in the motherboard that is 16 or 18 pin and reconnect it and turn on your pc if that doesn't work try reinstalling your webcam software and make sure that you use the factory settings when you install it or the last thing that you can try is to reinstall your OS and make sure that there are not 2 accounts logged in at the same time...
