Question about Televison & Video
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This isn't a setting problem, it's hardware : the control processor inside your tv is stuck (the correct term is latch on). Unfortunately the processor can't be repaired or replaced on its own, the entire mainboard of the tv will have to go. This is going to be very expensive - at least $300 - so you must be very sure that the tv is worth so much money; unless of course it's still in the warranty , in that case don't touch it, just call them and let them fix it for free. In my opinion the tv is not worth fixing: either you use it as is or you sell it for parts and get a new one.
