the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My face book account is frozen cannot receive or send

Facebook is on the internet so it could be a
1) Wifi issue in which case I'd see if any other websites are suffering from the same issue

2) Depending on which program you are using (Firefox, safari, Chrome, etc) there might be a stabilization update available and it could be due to something that is on your facebook that is having trouble loading

3) Your pc might be having issues handling the heavy load (not sure if its an older computer, damaged or other things were open and making it struggle) but I'd try to open the page just by itself. You could also Alt-Tab and Delete all at the same time, open your Task Manager and look around at the process' tab to determine how much RAM, etc, your computer is using to run the program. If it is too much, I'd lighten the load, end a few processes (be careful since ending unknown programs could lead to the computer crashing ,etc)

4) Hopefully you restarted the wifi and I'd restart the computer at least once since it could be overheating and running slower due to an amalgam of things, etc
If none of these don't help provide some more information as to what the issue looks like.

I ahve a no name mpe player and try to sart it and it just comes up with the loading symbol but will not go any further

Hi there

Flip the MP3 player's "Hold" switch to "Off" if the switch is on. Depending on the MP3 player you own, this switch is likely located at the side or top of the player. Once the switch is off, try to turn the player on.

Let the battery of the MP3 player die. A frozen MP3 player is technically still running, and thus the battery for that player is being drained. Wait until the battery is fully dead before moving to Step 3.

Charge the MP3 player using either a computer (that's turned on) or an electronic MP3 charger. Charging the player's battery may "jolt" the player out of its frozen state. Connect the player to the computer or charger via the player's USB cable. Charge the player for 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.

Sync the player with the appropriate software program (for example, Windows Media Player) for the MP3 player. Connect the player to the computer as described in the previous step. Open the software program and click the "Sync" tab at the top or side of the program. If necessary, click "Start Sync" underneath the tab. The name of the player appears under the "Sync" tab if the player has synced successfully. Try turning the player on once it has synced with the program.

Press the small "Reset" button on the MP3 player. This hard reset shuts the player down completely. Use a pin, tack or thin nail to press down the very small "Reset" button on the side or back of the MP3 player to reset the player. Then, try to turn the player on.

I think you need to upgrade your Windows Media Player. Open the player, goto help and click on "check for updates". Once the update is completed, your player will play DVD's and movies.

Can't load the ma933a mp3 player

Step 1-Plug the unit into an empty USB port.It is not nessesary to even turn it on.
Step 2- Look for the player in My Computer,it should show up as a removable drive.
Step 3- Open the folder where your music is stored, select your songs, right click-send to-select the drive letter that corresponds to your mp3 player.
That should do it for you,I have the same unit and it works that way for me. I hope this helps you!

Quickbooks pro 2005

I got this solution off the official site forums. This worked for me hope it does the same for you guys.

"Thanks for the post. Let me start by apologizing for this. We had sent out a message concerning IE7 and QuickBooks. What is going on is a dialog box is trying to load, but it is not loading completely. Windows is waiting for a response from this dialog box, that can't be seen. What we should be able to do to work around this for now is to press Alt-F4 at the same time. This should force this window that has not loaded correctly to close. Now we should be able to work in QuickBooks without any trouble. If this does not work we may want to hold the CTRL key down while double clicking on the QuickBooks Icon. The first solution I have seen not work only once."

Sansa mp3 player freezes at refresh database

The Same thing happened to Me once. All you have to do is reformat it. You can do this by first putting the player in recovery mode. You can do this by putting the hold button on the side where you can see the orange and then plug the device into the computer while holding the power/Menu button. Then go to my computer to Verify that it came up as 16MB-Format. Then you can type into the address bar and type in http://mp3support.sandisk.com/firmware/rhapsody-1.0.2.165.zip. then once you do that right click on the file you downloaded and select open with compressed folder and drop and drag to the 16MB-Format drive. In the 16MB-Format drive folder select file menu and select New - Folder and rename it sansa.fmt then press enter to save. Finally move the hold switch back and disconnect the device and look at the screen and verify it is formatting and resetting once it's done and finishes the updates restart and if needed pick your language. check and see if you can use your player.
