Calibration gets stuck in a loop

Hello.

Do a soft or hard reset (pin in back of PDA; pin in back of PDA and front silver button simultaneously).

If not, what worked for me is to take the PDA apart, if you are comfortable. There are 4 screws in the back. Remove them. With a knife, flathead screwdriver or other flat object, pry open the back. A few plastic pieces may fall out, tho. Note where they connect. Disconnect and then reconnect the power adapter. Put the plastic pieces and the back of the PDA together. The back should snap in place. Insert the 4 screws. Should work OK, again. Use this method if the adapter is not charging very well and the soft / hard reset doesn't work. I've had to perform this many times. Good luck.

Palm lifedrive wont' boot stuck on palm screen

This sounds like the issue where the LifeDrive is stuck in a loop. You can see how to break the device out of the system loop on the Palm Knowledge Base article (26419) located HERE.

Hope that helps get you up and running again!

The phone is stuck in a loop cycling on and off. Did not drop or get wet just started shutting down and coming back on - looping

Try removing the SIM card and the memory card. Then try turning it on. In case it still does the same, there might be some problem with the Operating System of the phone.

Palm Tx problem after hotsync

I had the same issue, the palm is stuck in a loop,
I got mine out of this by pressing the power button while the palm was on the screen where the bar goes across the bottom, it asked me if I wanted to erase all data, I said yes, and it reboot normally, I went thru the setup, and all is o.k.
I did have to try this several times, but it eventually worked. Hope this helps, although it looks like this is an older question. I hope you have resolved it.

Treo 600 setup problem

Try running a piece of paper around the edge of the screen. There may be was something stuck in there, pressing the screen slightly and causing it to not respond to the stylus
