Question about Cell Phones
Usually touchscreen Calibration problem is related to hardware. When the screen itself is not fitted properly or when the glass able the screen is not aligned with the touchscreen. Also it is sometimes affected by external devices like headset or usb cable. Well first of all, look at the screen and make sure it's properly fitted and the alignment between the glass and the screen is fine. When you look from the side, you will be able notice the alignment. Also check if any screws pinned on the phone is loosed or missing. If so, fix them.
Have you ever dropped the phone recently or the problem just started without any prior accident? It is also possible that the screen i.e. touch screen itself is defective which makes the calibration or the functions work incorrectly. On the other hand, the problem might be related to the connections between the screen and the phone's motherboard or the flex cable itself.
If you have no previous experience repairing touchscreen phone, I won't suggest you to try out yourself. Only opening the case without any experience and proper tools can damage the phone's component.
In the meantime, you can also try resetting the phone, I am sorry that I can't provide you the steps and code to reset this model, but this option should be under the "settings" menu, eg. Restore or Reset. You might be asked to enter the default security code while performing this. Hopefully the code and the steps must be mentioned in the manual.
If nothing seems helpful, you best option is to visit a service center or claim your warranty and get it fixed.
