Question about PfaFF Creative 7570

1 Answer

I was trying to sew on my machine and it is skipping stitches and the stitches it does sew are about an inch long. I also rethreade4d the machine and then tried to draw up the bobbin thread, and nothing happens. It must be something with the depost.

Skipped stitches

Skipped stitches could result from several different origins. First, easiest, and least expensive thing, try a brand new needle. However, if it is failing to pick up the bobbin thread all together, then it is probably out of time (search for sewing machine timing or take it for service).

I have a XL2600I and the top thread is only picking up the bottom thread about every inch. What can I do or replace?

try a new needle--use the right needle for the fabric being sewed

rethread the machine, using every thread guide

take the bobbin out of the bobbin case and reinsert it, making it sure it counter clock wise in the bobbin case

also could be a timing problem
