Question about Computers & Internet
I would suggest unplugging the power to the modem and router, plugging the power into the modem back first, then your router. If this does not solve your issue, try bypassing the router and using just the modem. If the problem keeps happening without the router then there is an issue with your internet service and you should contact your ISP. If you find that this just happens only with your router, then there could be a number of reasons why this is happening. Try resetting the settings on your router by using a paperclip or pin in the back. You will need to configure your security and other settings if you do this so beware. Hope this helps!
