SQLDUMPER is an accessory for Microsoft SQL Server that will allow you to track down problems with MSSQL. There's no need for it on your system if you're not using SQL Server.
Using Control Panel, select [Add or Remove Programs], then select the [Microsoft SQL Server] program and click on the remove button.
If you want to reinstall it, you can go to MSDN.microsoft.com and get a new copy, but if you're not using it and no programs you are using are, there's no reason to have it.
Good luck!

You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

Windows typically assigns a letter of the alphabet to most drives.

If you want to organize your drives in a certain way, you can change the drive letter.

You can assign any letter to a drive as long as long as the letter isn't already in use by a different drive.

To see which drive letters are in use

Open Computer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Computer.

Open Computer Management by clicking the Start button clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Computer Management.

If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

In the left pane, click Disk Management.

Right-click the drive that you want to change, and then click Change Drive Letter and Paths.

Do one of the following:

To assign a drive letter if one has not already been assigned, click Add, click the letter that you want to use, and then click OK.

To change a drive letter, click Change, click Assign the following drive letter, click the letter that you want to use, and then click OK.

To remove a drive letter, click Remove, and then click Yes to confirm that you want to remove it.

Web user interface timeout please log in again message over and over even after I log out and try to log back in

This may be caused by a bus level communication problem, try a restart. Power down the computer, power down the library, power up the library, wait for the library to finish initialization and verify from the control panel it is in an online/ready state, power up the computer.

I get I get SQLDUMPER LIbrary failed initialization

SQLDumper is used to collect stack information and debug information in case SQL Server crashes. The dump that is created out of this is normally send to Microsoft and is used by the development team to debug problems (not that you can elect not to send this information to Microsoft).

The error above means that likely your SQL Server installation is corrupt, so I would suggest that you reinstall SQLServer.
