Toshiba DKT3020 SD message light to stop blinking. We have phones that has a message light blinking and we dont know how to stop it...... My data screen says message sent. How do I make it stop?

1. During or immediately after playing a message, press 6.
2. Press 2.
3. Enter each extension number followed by a #.
4. Press # again to finish. For example:

• • To forward a message to extensions 201, 202 and 203, key in: 201#202#203##
  • To forward a message to extension 201 only, key in: 201##

To return to the previous menu or to cancel message forwarding:

1. Press #.

Try leaving the phone on the hook and entering Intercom #409. You may have to do this a few times if the "phantom messages" are stacked up.

There are two programming modes. One is User the other is system. for user programming press 3,6,9,hold at same time. For system type hold *#*#1*2*3* and enter password 0000

To edit display name on LCD DKT3020-SD.

Follow this sequence:

Mode
Scroll
Enter passwork - 0000 is default
Hold
Hold (again)
DN ID (This is your phone extension #)

Old name should now be displayed. Hit page button to delete letters, scroll button for space.

Use characters for the the associated number key to enter desired name. For example if you want an "F" you would hit the 3 button 3 times. After your name is entered, press hold. Pick up and put down receiver.
