Is the driver you got for your printer for Vista if not then it will not print you goto get the right CD or software driver for it XP drivers will not work if that what software you got with the priner. if so you need to look up the net for a download Vista driver for it or get hold of the CD.

These are pads located directly below the cartridges while in it's resting position.These pads can be removed with tweezers and cleaned with any ink removing cleaner and then with warm water and soap,Dried and replaced.
Microsoft Vista was introduced after my priner was purchased. The drivers wouldn't work. I went online and downloaded the driver for the particular model printer I have and my printer worked perfectly.
