Is the driver you got for your printer for Vista if not then it will not print you goto get the right CD or software driver for it XP drivers will not work if that what software you got with the priner. if so you need to look up the net for a download Vista driver for it or get hold of the CD.

You can obtain the software for your printer from there website which is www.usa.canon.com. When already there, look for "Downloads" link and then select Consumer. Hope this could help you a lot. Please don't forget to rate me..:-) Thanks..
These are pads located directly below the cartridges while in it's resting position.These pads can be removed with tweezers and cleaned with any ink removing cleaner and then with warm water and soap,Dried and replaced.
