Try by right-clicking the executable for the game (should be in the install folder) and go to Properties. Then go tot he "Compatibility" tab, on the first area, click the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and then select either "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" or "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)" and then, at the bottom of the window, check the option that reads "Run this program as an administrator" hit the "Apply" button and then the"Accept" button. This is made because old games don't always run the same in a newer computer than they used to in older ones. The run as an administrator option is because older games created folders or files in the install folder, since this is on the "C:" hard drive and Windows 7 has protection over it, the game might not work, hope this worked.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
