Tips for a great answer:
Check if the
power cord has been properly connected to the power outlet.
Check if the
main power has been switched on.
(DVD player's power supply transformer could be burned out)
Screen is "frozen"
or completely black, or Power button does not work
the power off and wait 3 seconds before turning it on again.
Make sure the
TV and VCR (if connected) are set to the correct channel or line.
However the power supply can be faulty,some resistor,capacitor, diode or IC . see the block attached .If you do not have skill for electronic, go to the repair shop.
