You can try downloading the driver from the Acer webpage: http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads.html
You just need to let know what model you have and what driver you need. In case you'r specific model doesn't show up, try the closest one to it. You also need to provide the Operative System your laptop has, if you have Windows 7, select Windows Vista if there's no 7 option, as they are very similar in the way they manage drivers and else. Also, if your computer has the option to restore to factory defaults, you could try that.
