Are you sure you plugged the right audio jack in? The green in the green? Is Windows working with other speakers? Do you have drivers for the soundcard? Those are the most common problems.

When I FaceTime someone I can hear them but they can't hear me well

I can't hear you, lol

First thing is to rt click on the little speaker icon on the rt side bottom corner, then click on open volume mixer and increase the mic volume.

Try going to control panel and open the sound setting, look for mic settings and increase the mic volume.

When i am on videocalling i can't hear the people that i'm talking with but they can hear me ok

Obviously make sure your volume is up and your speakers are on. Try playing music to verify it's not the speakers. Check to see if there is a volume icon in the video calling software and that it is not muted. If all that checks out okay it may be a problem with the other individuals microphone.

Why can't callers hear me?

1st check to make sure your volume is on or up to where is may need to be to hear them. 2nd see if the is any kind of a volume control on the program itself. 3rd check to see if there is a help window on the web site of the program you are using to make the calls :)

I can't hear peoples voices when they call. The volume only works for the ringer

If you want to change volume of the caller's voice, then try adjusting the volume control WHILE you are actually talking on the phone during a call.

If you try to adjust the volume when there is no call in progress, then the volume controls will only change the ringer volume.

If you provide the exact model number of your particular device, then we may also be able to provide you with the User's Manual for your phone.

I hope that was helpful Loli.

Good luck and take care.

Joe.

I can hear callers but they cannot hear me. Mute is not engaged,

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

Hello, I have an RT 2870 RCA surround sound system. When I turn it on all I hear is static and its not until I crank the volume up to around 25-30 before I can hear the audio. How would I fix this problem?

NEVER USE MAXIMUM VOLUME FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.

Turn the volume control to something medium.

The errant switch, control or condition may change and you will suddenly release the amp's full power and possibly destroying your speakers. If a signal isn't audible at 1/2 volume it's probably not there.

Carefully examine the front panel for clues like a misplaced Mute or Tape Monitor control or Multichannel Analog Input selected.

There is a good chance that a common control (volume pot??) may have developed a high-resistance or 'dead' spot through defect or idleness and is causing your symptom. Turn the POWER OFF and operate every control throughout its range a number of times, especially rarely-used ones like Tape Monitors and the Mute control.

Turn the volume to something reasonable and see if that helped.

If you hear something faint this would not be a fuse issue.

Hi! i just bought a lg-ks360 and i don't know what to do! i just can't hear the phone ring when i get a call or a text message. i tried using the alarm clock and it was useless, i just didn't hear it ring!...

You may just have the phone's ringer at a very low volume or on vibrate. Just raise the ringer volume and you'll be able to hear everything. If you're listening to a mp3, pause it and try to raise the ringer volume.

I have no voice at all, how wood i get my volum ajusted.

Hi!
1. If it is visible, single left click on the 'Show hidden icons' button, which is usually located near the bottom right hand corner of the screen. 2. Single left click on the 'Volume' icon, which looks like a gray speaker.
3. Single left click and hold down on the slider in the 'Volume' dialog box. As you are holding down on the left mouse button, drag the slider up to raise the volume or drag the slider down to lower the volume. When you let go of the left mouse button, you should hear a tone to give you an example of how loud the volume is now set. 4. Single left click on the on the blue 'Taskbar' to make the 'Volume' dialog box disappear.
Hope this helps. :)
