Because of some reason your C:/ drive is not accessible to the Boot Manager to load Windows from it.
You can fix this by using any MBR repairing tool, but you'll have to make a bootable CD for that.
If this seems daunting and difficult, just reinstall the Windows and it'll load up fine..
