Need manual for rowenta DW2090 iron

I have provided a link to a manual that seems to belong to your model. But unsure what features your model has. This is not available for some reason at the Rowenta USA website.
Refer page 7 of the manual available at this site

Self Clean - prolongs the life of the iron
The Self clean function flushes dirt and scale particles
out of the steam chamber.
To operate:
• Fill the tank with untreated tap water up to the maximum
mark and heat the iron to max. temperature.
• Unplug from the mains.
• Hold iron over a sink horizontally, push the steam control
3 past the position and into the Self Clean position
and hold it there: steam will now begin to build up.
After a few seconds water and steam will emerge from
the soleplate, rinsing dirt and scale particles out of the
steam chamber.

After approx. 1 minute move the steam control slide to
the position.
• Insert mains plug and allow the iron to heat up again.
• Wait until the remaining water has evaporated.
• Unplug from the mains and allow iron to fully cool
down.
• When cool, the soleplate can be wiped with a damp
cloth.
We recommend using the Self Clean function approx.
Every 2 weeks. If the water is very hard, the iron should
be cleaned weekly.
Self Clean Valve
The self clean valve prevents the drip hole into the steam
chamber from furring or blocking up. To ensure the iron
continues to function properly, open and close the valve
by sliding the steam control to max then min a few times
after use.

Straightener nano silver

please make this revision and fix it. God bless you
As with many small appliances, regular maintenance makes a dramatic difference in how trouble free your electric iron will be. Even so, things can happen.
If the iron doesn't heat, make sure power is on to the outlet, check the power cord , and check the thermostat and replace if necessary.
If the iron heats but steams improperly, inspect the soleplate and clean the vents (see below) and flush sediment out of the steam chamber (see below).
If the iron produces too much or too little heat, test the power cord. Also test and, if needed, adjust calibration of the thermostat
If the iron does not spray properly, inspect and clean the nozzle (see below).
If the iron leaks or spits, clean the steam vents, nozzle, and tank.
If the iron sticks to fabric, clean or repair the soleplate. If the iron stains fabric, clean the soleplate, clean the tank with a commercial cleaner, and use distilled or filtered water.

read the steps and fix it. God bless you
Clean an iron:
  1. Unplug the iron and make sure it is cool before cleaning.
  2. Use a toothpick or pipe cleaner to remove buildup in the steam vents, making sure the debris doesn't fall into the vents.
  3. Use a fine sewing needle to carefully clean the spray nozzle of mineral deposits.
  4. To flush sediment from a steam iron, pour 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar into the water tank. Place the iron on a rack over a broiling pan and set the iron to steam until the tank runs dry. Repeat if necessary. Or follow the instructions for using a commercial iron cleaner.

The iron heats well and I put the water in, but even when set above the steam icon, pushing the white steam button does nothing. No steam no spritz. When I opened the water chamber to let the water out, I...

Before you go through the process of taking it apart, buy some clr or a similar lime and rust removal product and fill the iron with that, let it sit a while and then dump it out and fill it with water a few times. Often if tap water is used, internal deposits will form and block off the passages, same as what happens in your car radiator over time. Most steam irons work better if you use distilled water in them as there are no dissolved minerals in that. Most replacement parts cost nearly as much as the iron itself and it's generally not cost effective to repair them.

Water is coming out the bottom of the iron

There is a rubber grommet that lives between the water tank and the heating plate chamber. If the iron was dropped, this grommet might have become disloged. Another possibility is that there is a problem with the chamber, and lastly with the heater plate. Irons are easy to disassemble if they don't have those special little screws that attempt to thwart the efforts from a standard screwdriver. (Please have the iron unplugged. Connectors in there love to hit stuff and you when disassembled.) Good luck.

I have a Digital Advantage iron, the cleaning prompt comes on and I don't know what to do, thank you

I think you need to fill the water chamber almost to full, plug the iron in and rotate the steam dial all the way to the left. There is a "clean" setting. The iron will splutter and drip water and produce steam. This is the cleaning process. You can probably have the iron on any settinng. I hope this helps.

How to dismantle a Tefal Aquaspeed 150

no, its not the Aquaspeed 170, but Aquaspeed 150. i succeded to unwrap the housing, but did fail in disconnecting or dismounting the power cord terminal.i could not disassemble the Iron to reach the heater. to dismantle, step 1 unscrew 3 visible screws. step 2 lift the heel cover away, by unsnapping 1 hooks at the right and one at the left side of the heel cover. i used thumnbnail to deform the heel cover for not to wear out the snap-in hooks. step 3 remove the dischalk stick (don't know the right wording in english) step 4 lift the top cover (which covers the spray jet part), 2 hooks at both left and right, use thumbnail or flat screwdriver, start at the top hook. step 5 take off the spray and steam buttons, 1 hook at the front side, 1 hook at the outer back side step 6 take off 2 screws: one keeps the upper half of the handle, the other fixes the water container at the heater plate. Attention: when unmounting the container, and turning the iron upside down, a small (4mm diam, ~10 mm length) silicone cylinder part will fall out, some kind of actor of a bimetal thermo switch in the ground plate, which probably controls water flow (not the electric thermostate) so far so good, i got my problem solved, but would like to know how to disassemble the container from the ground plate and how to replace the cable?
