You have given these detail. But actually no need to put this.the only question is which memory status that you are mention here..is it for phone or mmc(Edrive)?anyway here is the trick don't bother for mmc memory you just consider the phone memory.First make backup all the important data like Contacts, messages etc. which is in the phone memory.and try to format by pressing *#7370# and put pin code when ask.

SOURCE: I HAVE NOKIA 5230 i want to format my phone

If you want to use your phone smoothly without any problem occur, the phone memory must have a free space on it to operate properly.

If you try to download any files like games, picture, videos etc. be sure all this files must stored in memory card to avoid phone slugging or any other problem that you may encounter,

To help you with your problem, just do this steps :

* On your home screen, type *#7780# - this procedure will restore all settings to default. (no data will be erased.)

* or type *#7370# - this will format your phone and restore to its original settings (all data will be erased.)

Before doing this operation,be sure to back up all important files before you proceed...

Hope this method will truly helps... thank you for visiting Fixya.

Install the appropriate Nokia PC Suite for your phone.
Then you can connect your phone to your PC and download games using the application installer.

Nokia.ApplicationInstaller %ProgramFiles%\Nokia\Nokia PC Suite 6\ApplicationInstaller.exe %1

Nokia uses the Symbian Operating System. Some SIS-file malware has started to show up. For example, the file CARIBE.SIS containing the components CARIBE.APP, FLO.MDL, and CARIBE.RSC is a worm called Symb/Cabir-A which will attempt to send itself to nearby Bluetooth-enabled devices.
