Question about HP H470b InkJet Photo Printer
Take the cartridges out of the printer and leave the door open.
Now shut it off and unplug it for a few mins.
Turn it back on and insert the cartridges.
Close the lid and wait, if it asks you "are these new cartridges" say yes and it should set them as full again.
If not, then your new cartridge is either faulty or your printer is shot.
