Bought innova fountain at Lowe's a couple of years ago and just bought the Kingston one. They are basically the same. Phone number 1 877 556 0886. Part came within a week and easy to fix. Customer support was very helpful. I saved my manual, but they will send you a new one if necessary. Now working fine! Hope this helps

Where can i buy a ming an ac/ac adaptor model: MAO 123000, 120 v for garden fountain?

Similar issue with my fountain (Visage 3 tiered with lights). Contacted BOND MFG (csr1@bondmfg.com or www.bondmfg.com). They will probably send you a replacement if it is still under the one year warranty. Mine was not and they say it would be $20 for the adapter and $10.50 for shipping. Hope this helps.

Water is trickling out

No. Check to make sure the battery is good. If so, and you just purchased the timer, take it back.

Need replacement pump with light

I have the same fountain and same problem. You need a 10 watt 12v halogen bulb. Just wiggle the tube cover off and pull the bulb out. You can buy replacement bulbs at Lowes or 10 for $7.00 on ebay.

Missing a owners manual for a Garden Treasures biological filter

I have the manual, and I can scan it as PDF, but dunno how to send it to you.  I guess this site won't want us to post email. The Canister is very easy to use, just DO NOT remove the metal tension seal ring.  To prep it, you first have to remove the 4+1 top screws; remove the top part (be careful do not pry the clear plastic cover off, that should stay intact); plug the UV in its socket and carefully insert the UV light into the center chamber; reassemble the top with 4+1 screws; attach the two cone-shape nozzles to the "In" and "Out" of the canister, if you use 3/8" tubing for the pump, then no need to cut the nozzles, if you use 1/2" tubing, then cut the 3/8" section off, likewise for the 3/4" tubing, make sure the In and Out should have the same flow to balance the pressure inside the canister; turn the handle to "Work" plug the tube from the pump into "In" and connect the "Out" with the tube return to the pond or water fall; Turn on the water pump and plug in the UV light (use GFCI), wait 30 secs, and you should see the flow from the return tubing. Note:  use a 650+ gph bump at least; DO NOT submerge the canister in the water; put the canister on an even surface; cover the canister against rain and moisture.  My 800-gallon "green" pond clears up in 7-days. Good luck!

De-icer must have a short

The best solution to ice in garden ponds is to keep the water moving as moving water will not freeze. Depending upon the size of your garden pond you may try adding a fountain. All major pump brands carry small fountain pumps that include various fountain spray nozzles/heads or you can buy the pump and then purchase a Fountain Head Kit separately. The fountain will provide 1 - movement of water at the surface, 2- aeration for the pond, 3- pleasing sounds year round, not to mention the 4- aesthetic value. The added bonus is that you will not have to worry too much about shorts if you use a submersible pump. So try dumping the deicer and go for a fountain.
