That error message signals the fact that the high tension for the magnetron is missing - an actual part inside the power source has failed. Hardware failure, so reseting would be useless.
Since the tension in that section of the power source is beyond 5000 volts you can't repair it yourself : not only you will need special components that are not available to an average customer but you will need special high voltage testing equipment to identify the failed part - only a pro repair shop will have them, you must take the oven to one of them.
And in the mean time keep the oven unplugged from the mains, otherwise the safety system might also fail with dire consequences.
