You need to check if the VGA cable is properly fix to the monitor and video card. Loosen connection or no contacts is the reason for the "no signal" display on your monitor.
This means that there is no signal coming out from the video card, going in to your monitor. If by fixing the VGA connection did not fix it, try removing the video card from the motherboard and then reseat it properly to the motherboard slot.
If this do not resolve the problem, Jboone563, I'm sorry but you will need to replace the video card.
